If you are wanting to cut the sugar and say YES to feeling better while eating whole fresh foods and cutting the carbs, then this is for you!! What started out as a 21 day detox has since turned into a lifestyle change.
As I am writing this, I am successfully on Day 40 and so far I have seen great results without compromising my insatiable palette. If anything this detox has allowed me to taste my even more.
So far, I am down 12 pounds and while this detox is not a weight loss program, I can say I am suprisingly happy with my results. I have also been able to shed 6.5 inches….something else I am suprisingly impressed with.
The biggest challenge for me was deciding how I was going to go from coffee with cream and sugar to coffee either black or with coconut cream. WHAT!!!!
As it turned out….I found it to be relatively easy……………………….the biggest challenge for me was to find a coconut cream that I really enjoyed and I tend to gravitate to purchasing items that are organic, for me I find the organic products have a better flavour.
The best tip I can give anyone wanting to embark on the 21 Day Sugar Detox is to keep an open mind and jump in whole heartedly. This is exactly how I started!!!
