I made this amazing Cabbage & Black Bean Lasagnalast night and was literally blown away. The FLAVOUR, the TEXTURE and the OVERALL RESULT was something out of this world. I invited a friend over to try it and she was also literally BLOWN AWAY with how easy this recipe was to make with relatively inexpensive ingredients, for under $20 you too can create this lasagna!!
Wondering why I used Cabbage?? First off, I am a frugal mama so when I can get the best bang for my buck that is exactly what I am going to do. Secondly, lasagna noodles are not on the approved 21 Day Sugar Detox program and really, they make me feel bloated, so cabbage was the next best idea I had. For under $3 you can buy a relatively large head of cabbage.
They say cabbage can give you gas……but, it does not seem to bother my digestive system so all the more reason to use cabbage, plus cabbage has some pretty amazing bodily benefits.
