You may shred your cabbage if you wish but I used the whole leaf.
Start by placing a layer of cabbage on the bottom, place half of your fresh Spinach atop of that, followed by 1 can of drained (very important) Black Beans, add half a jar of Brushetta, add cheese.
Place more cabbage atop, add the rest of the fresh spinach, the second can of drained Black Beans. the remaining Brushetta, another layer of cabbage and more cheese. Voila...ready for baking.
Place a pan under your dish you just prepared when placing in the oven, in case of mess.....I am a stickler for a clean mess free oven.
You may find that yours may bake faster and need less time depending on your oven.
